I am a biologist interested in molecular evolutionary genomics and genetics, medical omics profiling data integration, and translational research. I convert data into meaningful information to discover trends and patterns or solve problems, and then weave the story. I mine, organize, manage, and analyze large-scale biological data for insights into the forces and mechanisms that drive genome evolution. In human studies, I analyze information carried by extant variation and conduct ome-wide studies to investigate associations to complex diseases and adaptation to variable environments.
